Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity. We strive to meet all agreed-upon deadlines.

3. Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revisions. Additional revisions may be available at an extra cost.

4. Payment

Payment is required before editing begins. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your raw footage. Upon full payment, you receive full rights to the edited video.

6. Limitation of Liability

Joshua Services is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Refund Policy

Satisfaction Commitment

We want you to be happy with the final product. If you're not satisfied, we'll work with you through the revision process included in your package to get it right.

Before Editing Begins

If you cancel your order before editing work has started, you are eligible for a full refund.

After Editing Has Started

Once editing has begun, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. A partial refund may be issued depending on how much work has been completed.

After Delivery

Refunds are generally not available after the final video has been delivered and approved. We encourage using your included revisions to ensure satisfaction before final approval.
